Issue 5.4A - Interview w/Amorak Huey and W. Todd Kaneko
This is a special issue of the magazine in which we give writers the platform to speak candidly about their current and upcoming works as well as what it means to be a writer in our modern world. The conversation with Amorak Huey and W. Todd Kaneko spans ideas about what inspires them to write, the joys of witnessing a student's epiphany, and the process collaborating on their textbook Poetry: A Writer's Guide and Anthology (Bloomsbury, 2018)
Amorak Huey is author of Ha Ha Ha Thump (Sundress, 2015) and two forthcoming books: Seducing the Asparagus Queen (Cloudbank, 2018) and Boom Box (Sundress, 2019). He is co-author with W. Todd Kaneko of Poetry: A Writer’s Guide and Anthology (Bloomsbury, 2018) and teaches at Grand Valley State University.
